How do I request an estimate?

What happens after I contact you?
A real person follows up. We clarify the scope, schedule a walkthrough when it helps, and put together an estimate you can decide on without pressure.

What are your hours?
While our office is open Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, our teams provide excellent service around the clock.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not always. Many clients arrange access ahead of time. We schedule with you in advance, show up as agreed, and can send photos afterward when that helps.
How do you handle keys and access codes?
We treat keys, codes, and entry instructions with care. From intake through the job and follow-up, access is handled carefully and returned or secured as you direct.
Can you work around pets?
Yes. Tell us about pets when you request an estimate so we can plan around them and keep everyone comfortable.

Yes. Our team arrives with professional-grade tools and supplies, so you do not have to buy and store everything yourself.

How is housekeeping different from a deep clean?
Housekeeping is ongoing maintenance on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule. A deep clean is a heavier refresh when the space needs more detail. Many clients use both.

If something is not right after the job, tell us. We make it right. We stand behind the work we quote and deliver.
